Very Educational. This is one of the best podcasts I've come across. Damien is prepared, interviews well, has great guests, and cranks out actionable information.
I'm interested in nutrition, biology and chemistry, but without the graduate school background and have had to self-educate as an adult.
The content is usually right where I want it to be - within the Goldilocks learning range. The information is not entry level and is usually new to me, but not typically beyond my comprehension.Mr. Y

Actionable and Cutting Edge Information.
Often, you get either cutting edge or actionable info but rarely both. In this podcast, Damien brings it all together.
I have learned a great deal and hugely appreciate the effort he puts in to booking great guests that you’re not hearing anywhere else (episode 38 is a fantastic example).
His interview style is efficient, his questions are insightful, and there is nothing gimmicky or salesy (not a word but you know what I mean!) here.

Very wide-range of guests and topics, Damien has an obvious broad interest in health, and not afraid of self-experimentation. What also sets the podcast apart are the show notes - a fabulous summary of content, links, devices used etc.
